We cooked the mushrooms last night with a prime rib. I don’t even like mushrooms and I loved these. Great recipe.

We did a couple of Tri-tips for the Super Bowl. I have to do two, because I like rare and Ynette likes medium. Anyway, we decided to try out this mushroom recipe, and it was fabulous! Instead of the cornstarch slurry I added a bit of cream cheese for a bit of added richness. This will definitely be on our rotation for many different proteins and possibly some pasta.XL BGE in San Jose, CA. Also a Pit Barrel Cooker, a Cal Flame P4 gasser, and lots of toys including the first ever Flame Boss 300 in the wild. And a new Flame Boss 500.
