Made it over chicken and pasta yesterday. It was my second time. It's definitely a winner. And rarely am I a fan of mushrooms.

I served this last night over a filet. It was very easy, quick and outstanding!!!

We cooked the mushrooms last night with a prime rib. I don’t even like mushrooms and I loved these. Great recipe.

We did a couple of Tri-tips for the Super Bowl. I have to do two, because I like rare and Ynette likes medium. Anyway, we decided to try out this mushroom recipe, and it was fabulous! Instead of the cornstarch slurry I added a bit of cream cheese for a bit of added richness. This will definitely be on our rotation for many different proteins and possibly some pasta.

looks amazing, trying this tonight- did you use the sun dried tomatoes? Couldn’t see them in the pictures so thought I would check.

I screwed up and bought a sun dried tomato bruschetta mix and just used a couple tablespoons of that. I also have not used the cornstarch either time I made it.
