Ozzie, do you live by the ocean by chance? 304 can rust if exposed to salt air or scraping with certain cleaners. The cast iron is the trick on that Le Griddle. It should cook circles around the Blackstones but for most home owners the Blackstone should
be enough. I rarely use the 5 griddles I own, just bought to make the accessories
Nope, I live in the desert.  No water of any kind for about 200 miles in any direction.  That Whitecastle Griddle looks sweet!

Don't tell your problems to people.  80% of people don't care and 20% are glad you have them.

It's one of our griddles, our trade name is Castle and that is logo. I always look at Blackstones like Crocodile Dundee looks at mugger's knife.....https://youtu.be/H9_GlqRRs0s

That is super cool!  I couldn't find any info on them.  If I had known you made griddles, I would have approached you.  Your stuff is absolutely gorgeous!  On my phone the logo is small and I assumed it was a custom griddle used by White Castle.

Found them.  The 3230MG would have been perfect!

Ours would be overkill for most home owners. 18,000 BTU per br(4) on our 30" vs 9,000 BTU per br(3) on the Le Griddle.

Yes.  It definitely makes noise, but not loud enough to require you to raise your voice to talk over.  It is a repurposed commercial wok burner.
