Run it under room temp tap water to thaw it for a few minutes enough to easily cut it out of cryo pack. Then trim, season and toss it on. Frozen.Thank you,DarianGalveston Texas

See above assuming you are in a hurry. Just put in the fridge a week ahead if not.

For bigger chunks of frozen protein that I need thawed quick I will drop in the SV pot set to a low temp. This will just circulate the water and speed up the thawing process.-----------------------------------------analyze adapt overcome2008 -Large BGE. 2013- Small BGE and 2015 - Mini. Henderson, Ky.

The best method for me is in the fridge. as mentioned above plan 5 days for that one. Also they will wet age (after thawing) just fine for a matter of 4-5 weeks or longer. FYI-Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood. # 38 for the win. Life is too short for light/lite beer! Seems I'm livin in a transitional period.
