And if you have more than one store nearby, change stores to see which has the best price as each store prices it individually. Near me, prices vary by $5.

Thanks for the heads up on the price. I ordered a few bags for 15% off yesterday and price before discount was 28.99. Just realized a different store same distance away is 24.99 a bag. So I cancelled the order. Ordered one for half price from that store and a few for half price at a different one. Will see if the multiple orders work.

I did this a couple of years ago and ended up picking up 2 bags when i probably could have continued on with 10 separate orders or more.   This year I did try to add a 2nd bag but had no luck. But happy with my $13.50 score.  I definitely needed a bag.

Got one at my Westlake Ace for $14.50.  Sold my BGE and Kamado Joe, but still use Rockwood in my Weber 26” kettle.

Rockwood is one I have not tried yet. How is the taste/flavor? We like a more smooth and mellow, not too smokey. Our favorite is FOGO Premium and Super Premium. I found Blueshog to be to strong, as well as BGE hardwood which made by Royal Oak.

If you like fogo for its neutral taste, you will like rockwood equally, if not more. Give it a try. I use fogo when rockwood is not in stock. When both in stock I use rockwood. A little cheaper and easier to light imo.

Rockwood is extremely neutral in flavor. There is no smoke taste unless you add wood chips/chunks for smoke.
