Bacon burnt ends

Decided to make Asian inspired burnt end variation.

Spicy pineapple rub with a little msg added. Cooked at 250 for 2 hours, and then rubbed with a glaze including teriyaki, ginger, sesame, garlic, soy, and a few other things. Cooked another 30 minutes to let the sauce set and get sticky.

Turned out great!!! Nice heat in the background, with an awesome sticky glaze of teriyaki and soy based flavors. Really enjoyed the outcome! Would make great Asian style tacos!

Looks fantastic!  If I ate that entire plate at a BBQ, I'd be in a coma for a couple days.
