Peppers picked from the garden couple days ago, recent cold nights might have made them mean... extra heat and flavor from previous harvest.  They were extra good.

    When I was working at Hill AFB I’d hit the Korean place just south, for lunch, about once a week; it was called “Seoul Food” (pun probably not intended).
    I completely forgot about the place, thanks for the reminder; haven’t had Kalbi in way too long!
