I cook pizza on the Egg all the time but this was my first go at calzones. Turned out great and fairly easy. 24 hour room temperature rise (though room temperature in our house is pretty cool).

Looks good! What temp was that? Last time I did these I had issues getting the top and bottom done at the same time.Albuquerque, NM - LBGE and an old rusted gasser that I use for accessory storage.
