Tenderloin for some folks hanging out with us from NOLA

just a 91, but been collecting dust on a shelf for a while, thought I would open it up for the meal. Turned out to a rather pleasant paring to the smoky tenderloin, My Beautiful Wife’s Smoked Gouda Mac and cheese, some heirlooms with bleu cheese and balsamic vinegar. The Broccoli was not bad either.
