Hump day ribs

Smoked with peach, six hours @ 225°F.
 Not wrapped nothing goofy, still fall off the bone tender with a beautiful smokey flavor.

We served this wine for dinner; a white Pinot Noir. If you like white wine, or know anybody that does, especially with poultry or pork, I find it impossible to recommend any higher.
