Back by popular demand from the wife and kids, fresh Bavarian pretzels. Cooked these in the oven since I have dinner going on the egg.

Looks great...tell me though - did your recipe call for baking soda or the traditional use of lye which throw people when they hear lye!Re-gasketing the USA one yard at a time

Not enough salt on those things for my taste, although they do look nice.
You can get real pretzel salt and I find it's worth the effort.Cincinnati, Ohio. Large BGE since 2011. Still learning. -
