    With skirt steak it’s quick and easy. Just stand there and turn it to get the color you want on each side. Once you get the color then pull it and wrap in foil tightly to rest 10-15min. I like chard

    My Uncle was an longtime and retired BNSF brakeman. I did get to ride in a caboose as a kid. 
    Sad to the them go. If I take it right that you ride the rails. Also my Grandfather was well known on the hobo trail. Hobos were always welcome in his farm for a meal.
