    Your Aji Amarillo look like a chilli that I grow and really like called Slowburn.  The Aji Lemon is a light yellow with a more wrinkled fruit and is also very nice.  Let us know what you think of the Aji Amarillo.

    Thanks. The Aji will go in the dehydrator Monday, they are thin walled and should dry nice, the jalapeños will go into Cowboy Candy (sweet pickled), the habaneros might go into a hot barbecue sauce or be frozen.
