Not BGE ~ Attempted pan pizza wfo

Man talk about a fast learning curve.  Maintaining a steady temp and not burn a pan pizza.   Have to admit it was fun.  Lloyd's non stick pan.  Whom ever suggested these.  Thanks.  Perfect.  Used grape seed oil to pre lube pans.  One meat other veggie.  Sorry about all the photos I get geeked.  My son gave great advice.  Keep the rolled outer edge about 1/2 inch and even all the way around even on regular non pan pizzas. Also says to make your hand pressed lip then flip it over making the pizza from the other side to shape it.  Sauce up to the lip.  Keep toppings out of the middle and all the way to the outer edge..  Pizza will shrink to center leaving a perfect crust.   Man he was dead on.
