I tried something new for me

I did a Ribeye Roast last weekend. I used Rosemary, Thyme, Kerry Gold Butter, Garlic Paste, Koshare Salt and Pepper. I never plan meals much in advance due to the fact I am on call most of the time. I did a reverse sear to 115 internal. I removed plate setter and start the basting with above ingredients. I pulled it at 130. I did not take any sliced pictures so sorry.
