Loving some CI deep dish...

Morning All:

Kathy has been asking for another deep dish pizza so who am I to argue...made the dough & then dropped into a 12" cast iron skillet...then topped with 8 ounces shredded Mozzarella, a jar of Alfredo sauce, some of my BBQ sauce, a pound of ground beef plus a pound of Italian sausage & some more BBQ sauce...

next was the veggies (some banana pepper rings) & another 8 ounces of shredded Mozzarella then onto a 425 Egg indirect...

About 35 minutes later, done (I forgot to get a picture from the side after cutting a slice)...

One of best that I have done!
