Fried rice with a twist...

Morning All:

Kathy found a recipe to use up some of that turkey breast from a few days ago...the recipe is Turkey Pineapple Fried Rice...obviously some of the ingredients are turkey, fresh pineapple, rice, onion, garlic, cabbage (we used some vinegar based coleslaw Kathy made a few days ago), peanuts (we used cashews), ginger, eggs, soy sauce (also added some Hoisin sauce) plus added bacon fat for the oil & sesame seeds...everything ready to go...


Everything has been added to the wok & ready to serve...


While being a bit different it was actually quite tasty!
