    They asked a handful of barbecue experts what their favorite rubs were, and I for one am astonished to learn that several of them recommended rubs they sell out of their own shops.  

    My favorite rub is called 8020.  It's four parts pepper, one part salt.  If you'd like to buy some, I'll gladly sell it to you for $25 a bottle (with a $5 discount, of course).

    8020 is also an awesome T-slot extruded aluminum building system (like an erector set for adults). 

    I would not trademark that, John, unless you have a great team of lawyers.
