Handling plastic wrap is easy if you have a commercial sized roll with a nice finger slicer on it. You put the food/item in front of the roll and stretch it over.If you unfurl a sheet and try to move it to your item, you're f'd. Unless you are a man of finesse and understand air currents, that is.______________________________________________I love lamp..

I'm in @RRP 's camp here. I now use Reynolds kitchen plastic wrap and it comes with a finger slicer to aid the process.Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood. # 38 for the win. Life is too short for light/lite beer! Seems I'm livin in a transitional period.

ATK used to recommend the stretch-tite but the last time I checked they now recommend a sister product Freese-tite.
I Have never seen the freeze-tite so I can't comment on it. I DO use the stretch-tite. -

This is more manageable for most home kitchens.

You’re supposed to be the franchise egghead, and we're in here talking about plastic wrap. I mean, listen, we're talking about plastic wrap. Not a cook! Not a cook! Not a cook! We're talking about plastic wrap. Not a cook; not the cook that you go out there and die for and plan every cook like it's your last, not the cook, we're talking about plastic wrap, man. I mean, how silly is that? We're talking about plastic wrap. I know you’re supposed to be cooking, I know you’re supposed to posting by example, I know that. And I'm not shoving it aside like it don't mean anything. I know it's important. I do. I honestly do. But we're talking about plastic wrap, man. What are we talking about? Plastic wrap? We're talking about plastic wrap, man!
We're talking about plastic wrap! We're talking about plastic wrap... We ain't talking about the cook! We're talking about plastic wrap, man!
