New-ish to the BGE. Delivered 11/3/20, but I’m on it 4x/week so I’ve got a bit of mileage. Quick hack: The XL Drip Pan fits perfectly in the Large BGE. Just requires cutting a circle and placing it above the firebox, under the platesetter and grate to help eliminate the “heat gap” on long cooks. Can be reused several times, too.Tim

With the Large, I get overlap on longer cuts -- ribs (which I don't cut in half), brisket packers, etc. Helps prevent burning the edges, which are exposed to that couple inches of direct heat outside of the perimeter of the platesetter.Tim
