Love some lamb and to me these are the best value outside of a shoulder or leg which I usually slow cook instead.
Another few minutes and I'll pull them to get it super hot for a nice sear. Just salt on these this time although I usually like a good Arabic seasoning.

Got impatient waiting for the grill to get sear temp and went for it at 600. Not bad considering.

What is Arabic seasoning? I couldn’t find it on Amazon.

My favorite is biryani rice but if you just search Arabic or middle eastern on that site you can get lots of ideas. They also sell all the individual spices to make your own. I lived in Bahrain for awhile and the food was incredible. Been trying to replicate it ever since.

Nailed that cook. Congrats on the finish. That's the way lamb needs to be enjoyed. Dang-Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood. # 38 for the win. Life is too short for light/lite beer! Seems I'm livin in a transitional period.

The Arabic cannoli in Bahrain is incredible.
Sort of like making fun of someone for calling BBQ american.
Sure there are a few differences but if you were invited into almost any Bahraini's house for a meal chances are you'd be eating lamb biryanni. -
