Chimichurri Shrimp, Balsamic Veggies and Grilled Garlic Bread

Still eating as healthy as possible (for me). Needed some help from the gasser to get everything on the table at the same time. And while no red meat, pork or chx is starting to wear thin, this kind of dinner, in this kind of weather, helps a bit.  One day at a time.

    1) That looks great.  I'd eat that meal at least weekly if given the option.

    That's a winner every time.  Great cook.
    Way to stay the course as that meal alone is strong incentive.
    Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood. # 38 for the win.  Life is too short for light/lite beer!  Seems I'm livin in a transitional period.
