Early Mother’s Day Cook

Took the mini to moms for an early Mother’s Day eatin.  

Started with Red Chili Scallops on mini and roasted veggies in the hot box and toasted bread on the mini 




Then grilled some pears. The egg was running hot from the scallops so I threw in the stone after marking up the flesh side. Added some brown sugar for the bake 


Had some cheese cake, tiramisu and lemon cello cake while the pears were getting happy


Then finished up with some nice pears 


Good eats had by all.  Thanks for looking.

    Very nice. Caliqueen LOVES scallops, so we have scallops and ratatouille on the menu tonight.
