Smash Burgers w/ Boursin & shishito peppers

Really enjoyed this - smash burgers w/ super tasty cheese I shredded (called Saxon homestead creamery Hika Bay) then added big spoonful of Boursin after off heat - app of blistered shishito peppers, some tots. Added few peppers to my burger - why not? It’s been too long since we made smash burgs - So dang good
