@caliking Pulled beef tacos. I run the fridge off the stock battery. It'll last about 20 hours before turning off to keep from running battery down too much. It's nice when we can have a site with electric.

@caliking chuck roasts were on sale for 4 bucks a pound. Was gonna do birria but changed at the last minute to please the wife. Yes even I do nice things  for others.
