Cutting the platsetter

I've seen some posts about cutting the legs off a platesetter. What should I use to cut the ceramic?

My platsetter cracked in half some time ago. I've been about to stack them on each other to get by. I recently got a woo and if I cut the legs off I could still use the halves for indirect.

Ceramic cutting wheel on an angle grinder, a tile saw, or just use a hack saw.  In any case, once you have a good score on each side, all it takes is a tap to break it loose.

I used a cutting wheel on my angle grinder to turn two plate setters into a stone for my Woos.

Like other said above, the ceramic cuts very easily.
If you don’t have a bunch of power tools, a little hacksaw will cut it easy and makes virtually no mess.

Then use a sanding block to smooth the cut edges.

I read Harbor Freight isn't doing their 20% off coupons or mailers anymore.

They stopped with the 20% off.  Apparently I do enough business with them they gave me a free ITC membership.

Get the Harbor Freight App and you can usually find what you want discounted 20%.  (at least for the stuff the coupon was good for, which is very limited).

I have a feeling their 20% off coupon will be back sooner than later. The coupon always got me in the door. You never walked out with one item with the coupon. You always found something else while in there. Now I'll just go to Menards. Prices are almost identical or cheaper in some instances. I have a feeling I won't be the only one who drives by without an excuse to stop in and pick something up.
