Prawns on a salt slab.

Just put em on at this point. That salt brick sure warms up fast. Lots of garlic and olive oil. I think that I shoulda just seared em on one side on the salt and then roasted on the other side no salt. It was fun trying.

 Prawns cooked nice. Salty.
