Just put em on at this point. That salt brick sure warms up fast. Lots of garlic and olive oil. I think that I shoulda just seared em on one side on the salt and then roasted on the other side no salt. It was fun trying.

 Prawns cooked nice. Salty.

IMO, salt blocks are gimmicky.  I have a couple somewhere.  Where they shine is serving because that **** looks cool.

Buy the meat a condiment before you put it in your mouth and rub your tongue all over it.  ....and ultimately swallow.

In the morning, you'll feel guilty.

True fact:  SWMBO turns the TV on to the murder documentary station to go to bed.  

Side note: I never know if I will ever wake up whenever I go to bed.
