Here’s a cook that we did recently. I’ve tried it a bunch of ways and this one turned great. Hope you all are having a great weekend.

    I love Carnitas, my go to for pork.  Mine is super simple though, salt, pepper, and Mexican coke for the braising liquid.  Single layer in cast iron pan, turn pieces when they begin to crisp up.  Super simple and always a crowd pleaser.

    Here in town a very large local "chain" uses orange fanta.  There carnitas is great too.
