Carnitas on the BGE

I love Carnitas, my go to for pork. Mine is super simple though, salt, pepper, and Mexican coke for the braising liquid. Single layer in cast iron pan, turn pieces when they begin to crisp up. Super simple and always a crowd pleaser.
Here in town a very large local "chain" uses orange fanta. There carnitas is great too.There is a significant overlap between the smartest bears and the dumbest humans - Park Ranger designing bear proof trash cans.
