Never heard of it but I was just reading on article on it that popped into my google feed. I'm all for trying weird foods and love strong cheese but that might be too much for me.
  • Have read about this cheese before. Now I like to fancy myself an adventurous eater. There’s no typical culinary creation I won’t eat, even if I don’t like it. I’ve eaten (prepared) bugs on a few occasions. But I might have to draw the line with this one.

The next time there is a thread here with someone asking "Is it ok to eat this pork butt that I forgot about and that sat in the back of my fridge for four weeks?" someone should post that link.
If it's ok to eat living/wiggling maggot filled cheese...

I have heard of it but never had the chance to try.  I have a VERY adventurous palate and honestly cannot think of a single thing I have ever avoided.  I would try it but would definitely feel compelled to chew thoroughly so no maggots survived before swallowing lol
