Smoked Eye of Round

Wife found a 4 lb eye of round on sale for $2.99 /lb. Smoked three hours at 230ish on Friday. Lots of leftovers for sandwiches. Having tocos with some of the leftovers tonight. We were pleased and will do this again.

I think the trick to holding low dome temperature is to only light one spot and never let it go significantly above your target on warm up.

    Looks like a great cook!

I have to ask, do you have a data sheet, w/photo of the finished product, for each of your cooks?  Helluva great reference.  And Welcome!

I keep data sheets on most cooks, unless it’s something I do over and over. Just started putting the pictures on the sheet. I do have pictures of a lot of the cooks.

Just my engineering side coming out.
