I don’t want to hijack the thread but curious if anyone has used a prefabbed aluminum patio cover for their outdoor kitchen? Our neighbor put one in that connects to their house and it looks really good and like real wood but there’s is just for shade and not a kitchen.

We are thinking of tearing out some grass, pouring some concrete, and putting up a stand alone patio cover. From what I’ve seen they have some with insulated roofs, electrical outlet(s) and ready for lights/fans. If we go this route phase 1 would just be the concrete and aluminum structure with plumbing and electrical run for phase 2 which would be building the kitchen.
