Eye of the Round with RRP's au jus = French Dip!

Seasoned with salt and pepper, inserted sliced garlic, roasted at 250 until internal temp of 130, in the fridge overnight, in the freezer for an hour or so, sliced and served with RRP's au jus recipe, found here:  So what have I forgotten?..........1st time Prime Rib — Big Green Egg - EGGhead Forum - The Ultimate Cooking Experience... @RRP
