Yep- the annual Fancy Farm picnic here in the land of KY jelly... a political must attend event and known for lots of shenanigans during the course of any speaker's remarks. What's funny is using the term "confidential source", which only refers to the fact that he's not sharing where it came from but offers no indication it is an insider or someone with actual knowledge of anything.
