Inspired cook - pic heavy

I've been cooking on the egg recently, but not posting since they are the same old same old... stuck in a rut.  I can tell that's happening a lot on the forum lately. I decided to get the rust off the system with an innovative cook.  Some fusion flavor combinations, like Mexican-Asian, are fantastic.  I'd call this one STRIKING.

First - ingredients:

Egg Setup:
- 425 raised direct.  You can go hotter (aka turbo) if you are in a time crunch, but you really need to watch it.

Finished product

Review:
The snap of a well cooked hotdog is complimented with the smooth buttery mouthfeel of caramel, something not soon forgotten.  To ensure longevity of the memory, the blue cheese finish lingers until the next bite.  8.5/10

Exceptional creativity and cook right there.  Looks great.  One question... Where's the mustard!   B)

    Yeah, that.

I made it as a joke- hope that’s obvious. I’ll say, if it didn’t have caramel on it and had mustard like @lousubcap said, it would have been good. Was going for wtf with each ingredient but only achieved it with caramel. Next time I’ll get it right.

    1) I knew there was some reason I like you.  I've been searching for that reason for years...

    2) I have to admit that the first time I looked at this post it left me speechless.  I still have nothing meaningful to add.

  • The blue cheese was the part I did not disagree with. 🙂
