I have a suggestion for Tri Tip. Get some Albukurky Red. Coat the Tri Tip with it. Cook indirect at about 250F to 125F internal. Remove meat and placesetter/delfector. Raise temp to 500F. Sear 2-3 minutes each side. Cut against the grain as thin as possible. I get my Tri Tips from SRF but your will be just as good I bet. Serve with baked potato and Pinquito beans.

@Money_Hillbilly  Better to be lucky than good right there and you continue to follow that life style.  Every time I open a thread of yours I am reminded of your local source for A-5 wagyu independent of the great cooks you offer. Dang!
