Grandson's birthday ribs...

Morning All:
One of my grandson's (Owen) turned 11 on 2/4 & for his birthday dinner he wanted "Grandpa's Ribs"...so I was happy to take care of that...three slabs of baby backs with three different rubs...L to R Meat Church Honey Bacon BBQ (Owen's pick), Dizzy Pig Peruvian-ish & DP Raging River plus all three had a light layer of DP Mediterranean-ish before putting on the top rub...
I did cut the slabs in half to put on the Egg...Peruvian-ish on the lower level then Honey Bacon BBQ on the left of the top level with the Raging River on the right...
About 4.5 hours later off they came...L to R is the Raging River, then Honey Bacon BBQ then the Peruvian-ish...almost all were gone within a few minutes...
Owen & everyone else was VERY HAPPY!
