So I was tasked with bringing ribs to my friends Super Bowl party tomorrow. I was wondering. Should I cut them before I get there or slice them there. Wasn’t sure if they would dry out or not. Thanks for the help!

If I'm dropping off ,Personally I precut, 4 racks to a hotel pan and they are fine...if only a rack or 2 I'd cut there if I was staying ...usually just dropping off and don't trust other peoples cuttingVisalia, Ca @lkapigian

@Hook_emHornsfan_74 I usually cut them when time to eat. Usually cut just enough for everyone to get served then cut additional when they come back for seconds. Same for brisket, turkey, etc. It just tastes better freshly cut to me.Southeast Louisiana

No COVID in Midland?
Quick question...which ones have already had it?
The "responsible" ones?
