Don’t tell my cardiologist....

Brisket and Dino Ribs.   I bought an 11.5 lbs brisket and trimmed  about 3.5lbs. Looks good and uniform. Thought I would  put the Dino on at 6 hours.  Prjucting a twelve hour cook for brisket.  Although from the thickness off this brisket it might go at 1:10 - 1:15 a pound hoping they’ll finish close to each other.
