ABT dip appetizer...

Morning All:
Had some ABT dip before the wings...started by crisping up the bacon...almost ready to come off...
Drain off most of the bacon grease & then add the jalapeno pieces to get soft...
that gets topped with a mixture of cream cheese, chopped pulled pork & my BBQ sauce...Kathy spreading it...
That gets sprinkled with Dizzy Pig Pineapple Head & then topped with a jar of Paul Newman's Pineapple Salsa, then the bacon & back on the Egg for about 30 minutes to get happy together...
Use Tostio's Scoops for dipping...
Yum-Yum (and a lot easier to prepare than actual ABTs)!

We do a dip or casserole style too. Much easier than stuffing the peppers. Yours looks great.
