Fired up the MM to make a couple of 10" pies. Homemade dough using sourdough starter. Temp around 525*, cooked for 7-8 minutes each. I prep'ed these on parchment paper, which I pulled out after a couple of minutes.
First up, pepperoni and mushroom
Finished
Underside
Cheese pie mid-cook:
Couple of slices of each
Overall, pretty happy. My pies were ever so slightly larger than the stone, and I got some charring in a couple of spots on the very edge of the crust where it overhung. Also toasted a few inches of gasket at the back of the egg.

Looks great. Looks like one was on a pan and the other on a stone? .... did you notice a difference in the two?
Have not tried pizza in my MM yet, May give it a go, once I get a stone for it.Dave
