Made one just last week. Good stuff. Thanks, Jules...

I hate it when I go to the kitchen for food and all I find are ingredients!

Years ago, Julie kinda adapted a rustic bread recipe to work for her while camping. Dump ingredients into a good zip bag and massage it around. Let it rest overnight and cook next morning.

    Nicely done, Darian!

I’ve been meaning to have a go at this since the last time you posted it. Thanks for the reminder. I was looking  for something different to bake, and this fits the bill.

    I’m definitely not a baker.
But I believe for this style of bread you need a way to add or create steam so the top crust expands and spreads open. The Dutch Oven, with lid on for first 30 minutes, makes this happen.

Yes, 1 plain, 1 sharp cheddar and 1 jalapeño and sharp cheddar.
