Nothing fancy. Just a solid New Year's Day cook.

Got the fire started a little after 8:30 AM.

Later in the morning, got some ribs loaded up.

Yeah, I could have been a little less (a lot less) stingy with the Dizzy Dust.  Nonetheless, after three hours of smoke they were looking pretty good.

After two hours in a foil wrap and another hour uncovered again, dinner was ready, along with the black-eyed peas, cornbread, and potatoes my wife made.

Last but not least, a few ABTs to whet the appetite.  There were no survivors.

Hope you all had a fantastic New Year's Day as well.
