Morning All:
Today was Christmas dinner with one of my sons, D-I-L & four grandkids...the much better half wanted thin sliced beef & beefy onions...had about four pounds of eye of round that had marinated overnight in red wine, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce & red wine vinegar...added a heavy coat of Dizzy Pig Raising the Steak rub & onto the Egg at about 375 direct...

Started with four big sweet onions, cut slits to put pats of butter, topped with a big spoonful of Beef Better than Bullion & some more butter plus Dizzy Pig Shaking the Tree rub...also added some red wine after about 45 minutes indirect at 375...

When I added the wine to the onions I also added a dish of butternut squash coated with a little olive oil & the spices included cinnamon, ground ginger, tumeric, curry powder, salt/pepper, Dizzy Pig Mediterranean-ish & DP Curry-ish...

Also did some "Chicken on a stick" for the grandsons...

While the chicken was cooking took the beef to the slicer...

And the table with most of the items...

The much better half was very happy with the results!
