Felt like some comfort food and have not had this a a very long time. Usually do not finish on the Egg, but this time did and it turned out to be very good.
Minimax cook.
All I've ever known for this is Hereford Corned Beef, tried to save by buying other brands over the years but just threw those out after opening the can. MUST be Hereford here.

While potatoes were boiling in the house, fried up some onions:

Once the potatoes and onions were done, mashed the potatoes and mixed it all together with some chives:

Added oak chips to the Egg, Cilantro leaves and butter on top, and let it finish:

The End product:

Great meal. Thanks for looking.

Never seen or heard of that brand before. Might try to order a can. I happen to be one of those that love canned corned beef. However I am partial to Libbys. Been eating it for over 50 years so it’s my go to.EggNorth said:All I've ever known for this is Hereford Corned Beef
On a separate note, great looking grub buddy.Location- Just "this side" of Biloxi, Ms.

That was one lucky can of corned beef, to get that kind of love.
Corned beef hash, topped with a runny egg, rescued me from post-revelry misery many, many times in college

Thanks everyone ... be careful ordering, seems to be pricey online. Only about $5 in the grocery store.Dave

Nice cook! The way you feel about Hereford corned beef has is the way I feel about RAPA scrapple. There is no other that measures up!
