Turkey Thawing Concern

I have a 21 pound bird that I plan on prepping Wednesday and cooking early Thursday morning.  I moved from the fridge last Thursday to give a
5-6 day thawing time. 

When I first checked it on Saturday, it already felt soft and thawed.  

Should I be concerned that it thawed too quickly and may not be good?
