Happy Birthday to Me!

My wife asked me what I wanted for my birthday dinner.  I said, "permission to grill all day," so I got a 10.5 lbs. pork butt and started yesterday at 7:30 AM.  Hard to capture a favorable picture of pulled pork, but it turned out fantastic.  Low-and-slow for 8 hours on the grill, wrapped in foil with 1/2 cup of apple juice, back on the grill for 2 hours, pulled at 195 degrees and added 1/4 cup of maple syrup mixed with 1/4 cup of barbecue sauce and let rest for an hour.  Perfect.
