Its been beautiful weather all week and i havn't had a chance to even fire up the grill let alone look at it. So today i fired up everything just to cook regualr ole steak.  Grass fed ribeye. Utra Seared on infrared at 90,000 btu, too seal in the extra dash of mortons sprinkled salt, then reverse smoked on the BGE, custom laser etched grill grate, nothing but TOP SHELF for me,   add some finishing pepper, and some scissor cut asspearaguz with limon peppa seasoning from my kabinets.  Used my mk4 thermapen with individual probe condom cover to reduce moisture on the tip.  Came out regularly moist.

    Lol, yikes I was referring to the steaks being on the upper grid vs lower grid.  Being funny.
