SRF ribeye filets

Super easy SRF ribeye filet cook.  Just S&P for flavor, sat at room temp as BGE heats up.  BGE setup to Raised Direct at 250F until IT of Steak reached ~120F . . pulled meat and opened all vents to BGE and allowed Cast Iron Grate to get super hot.  Sear 90 secs per side, let rest for a bit while plated.  Good Eats . . Great wine too !
