Chipotle, Hatch, Adobo Wings

Marinated with chipotle, hatch, adobo sauce, onions, cumin, oregano, salt, lime juice for a few hours.  Roasted on the joetisserrie for an hour at 350.  Simmered the marinade with some tomato sauce for dipping.  Outstanding!

    Way to deliver the cook.  Great finish right there.  
    Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood.  Life is too short for light/lite beer!  Seems I'm livin in a transitional period. CHEETO (aka Agent Orange) makes Nixon look like a saint.
