Bostonbutt and babybacks



Cool fall Saturday, perfect for a slow cook. Local store had a special .98 lb Boston butt. 8 lbs, halved to speed the cook. Mustard , brown sugar and this seasoning I picked up. Indirect 250 , hickory smoke
Butts On at 11AM . Ribs ( salt pepper and cayenne) wrapped and top racked. Finished up the ribs with store sauce


Butts at 198 at about 9:30pm
