New Bourbons to find and try...

Just received the following:
https://robbreport.com/food-drink/spirits/best-new-bourbon-whiskey-2020-drink-now-1234569830/  Some here may have better access than those close to the core.  Good hunting.
Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood. # 38 for the win.  Life is too short for light/lite beer!  Seems I'm livin in a transitional period.

  • The 2019 4R SMBLE is absolutely incredible, this years is good but not even close to 2019. I haven't had a Barrell Bourbon release yet that was worth more than $30. I'm blessed to be in a private whiskey society so my palate is a little spoiled. We pick roughly 20 single barrels a year, so whiskey is one of the  things close to my heart.
Any man who may be asked in this century what he did to make his life worthwhile...can respond with a good deal of pride and satisfaction, I served in the United States Navy.

@KeithMcD Welcome aboard and enjoy the journey.  Above all, have fun.  Jump in and have at it.  This forum is quite the knowledge source for many things well beyond BBQ and BGE.
You are fortunate to have access to unique releases thru your membership.
BTW- Full marks for your signature line!

Also, in what general area of the country do you reside if you don't mind offering?

    Love Bourbon!

Don't tell your problems to people.  80% of people don't care and 20% are glad you have them.

The greatest barrier against all wisdom, the stronghold against knowledge itself, is the single thought, in ones mind, that they already have it all figured out.
